We started with a shrimp ring and Waldens Farm cocktail sauce for a total of 0 carbs. The main entree was Cornish Hens, instead of turkey for the simple reason we had to walk the food home several blocks.
The hens were rubbed with butter, then salt, pepper, and garlic were added. Carb count = 0. My intentions were for everyone to have their own chicken, but it ended up being too much food.
Roasted asparagus w/olive oil and rosemary ran about 3 carbs per serving.
Deviled eggs made with mayonnaise and mustard came in at 0 carbs.
Low carb dressing from Holdthecarbs.com was 1 carb a serving. This was one carb I saved since I have never liked dressing.

We had low carb angel rolls, which tasted fine, bit did not rise as much as they should. I believe I may have used old yeast.
Up to now, we're only at five carbs. Not everyone is as devoted to low carb eating as we are so we had to include some old standbys.
Mashed potatoes, we went with a 1/4 cup serving, which was plenty at 8.5 carbs.
We used drippings and thickener from Hold The Carbs for 0 carbs for gravy. ( Although the dry packs of gravy run about 3 carbs.)
Bought a low sugar cranberry, apple, orange chutney, which weighed in around 5 carbs per 2 tablespoons.
For dessert, we had no carb Cool Whip on warm apple pie 10 carbs. ( I avoided crust convinced all the carbs were hidden there.)
We managed Thanksgiving dinner just under 30 carbs and didn't eat the rest of the day. Not bad, when you consider one serving of candied yams is 41 carbs.
