This was easier than the previous brownies I made. I liked the texture, which reminded me more of normal brownies. The price at $8.98 was high. The taste was more like chocolate cake, which may have been due to the jumbo eggs.
I froze the brownies and portioned them out in lunches, which worked out well.
I would give the brownies a B+. No hint that the brownies were low-carb. Best of all, no side effects, unlike the Doctor's brownies, I tested earlier.
