Sea Cuisine has stepped up its game by introducing new entrees and cutting the carbs on others. I decided to try out a few, especially since they were on sale at Meijers. Each box comes with two entree potions.
It only has two carbs including sauce. I prepared the entree in the oven thinking it would produce a better result. I followed the instruction and baked it the required amount of time. The fish portion were perfectly rectangle and a bit rubbery in texture; the opposite of fresh cod I've prepared on my own.
The fish flavor was average, especially topped with a bland sauce. It needed some spicing up. If it were a book I'd give it three stars. It was inexpensive, convenient and fast plus within the Induction phase range.
Summary
$= inexpensive
Preparation- easy & convenient
Texture- a bit rubbery
Taste-okay
Carbs- 2
